We have a comprehensive process in place regarding vehicle sanitization, along with procedures for employees, all aimed at providing you with the assurance your safety is our number one priority.

For our guests that are still uncomfortable with visiting our physical showrooms, we have the ability to conduct online sales and meet the new and pre-owned vehicle needs of our customers. Rest assured we have knowledgeable sales associates available to not only answer any questions you may have and guide you through the process, but bring the vehicle directly to your driveway or work.

Through LaFontaine’s virtual appointments, we can deliver a walk-around of any vehicle of interest to you, and then talk through the vehicle’s unique features and discuss pricing options. You can browse our virtual showroom – to view our extensive inventory, personalize your payments and review financing options, all from the comfort of your home on our website – the Family Deal is just a click away.

Beyond sales, our dedicated service and body shop teams will also be ready to serve you. We offer pickup and delivery, along with curbside drop-off, for all your service and body shop needs.

We have ramped up cleaning services at our stores using hospital-grade disinfectant, and have instituted processes to properly sterilize all of our vehicles. Our employees have a clear understanding of the processes and CDC guidelines in place to ensure a safe and welcoming experience for our guests. We are following our Governor’s executive order requiring masks for both guests and employees. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our staff and customers. We are utilizing a state-of-the-art vehicle sanitization process that:
