Cadillac’s large SUV is getting a big refresh for the 2025 model year. While the new all-electric Escalade IQ is drawing more headlines, the gas-powered Escalade isn’t getting left behind by any stretch of the imagination. It’s moving forward into the new model year with plenty of exciting upgrades that make it better than ever before.

As your Cadillac dealer near Novi, we’re thrilled to let you know that the traditional Escalade is still a great choice for drivers who want to transport up to eight passengers and still have plenty of room left over for cargo. The new model is even more stylish and high-tech than ever before, delivering a truly luxurious experience every time you hit the road. Let’s take a look at a few highlights that showcase what the 2025 Escalade has to offer…

High-Tech Displays

Step inside the new Escalade and you’ll immediately notice the new infotainment system. The 2024 model already offered quite a bit of screen space, with a layout that was introduced for the 2021 model year that features a 14.2-inch digital gauge cluster directly behind the wheel, a 7.2-inch driver control touchscreen to the left, and a 16.9-inch central touchscreen to the right. But that’s nothing compared to the 2025 model.

The new Escalade has a screen as large as the SUV itself, spanning the entire front row from pillar to pillar. This 55-inch curved display can be personalized to suit your preferences. While it’s still compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, it also has its own app store, so you can use helpful programs without having to hook up your smartphone. Since the screen reaches over to the front passenger, it lets your passenger help enter navigation info or stay entertained with video streaming on long drives.

Below the big screen, there’s a smaller tablet-style display that lets you adjust the climate control settings. Finally, there’s also a head-up display that projects helpful information onto the lower windshield, so you don’t have to take your eyes off the road for even a fraction of a second to see it. This system makes it easy to stay connected as you drive around Novi and navigate strange streets when you travel out of town.

Powerful Performance

While the diesel powertrain has been discontinued for the 2025 Escalade, the gas-powered V8 engines that remain are so powerful that you won’t miss it. The standard engine produces up to 420 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque, allowing you to tow up to 8,100 lbs with a properly configured Escalade. Towing a trailer frees up interior space, so you never have to compromise on what and who you want to bring along for the ride. Suppose you’re more interested in thrilling performance; in that case, you can check out the supercharged V8 under the hood of the Escalade-V, which produces up to 682 hp and 653 lb-ft of torque for lightning-quick acceleration.

Of course, the Escalade doesn’t just offer raw power. It also delivers a refined ride, whether you’re cruising around Novi or zooming down I-96. Magnetic ride control and an adaptive air suspension system automatically adjust their settings to give you a smooth ride on all kinds of road surfaces, so you don’t have to feel every bump and pothole along your route. Cadillac has tuned this SUV precisely, so it provides you with a smooth and quiet ride, making driving feel effortless. That may be hard to believe for a vehicle as large as the Escalade, but if you take a test drive, you’ll soon discover that it’s true.

Executive Second Row

With its spacious interior, the Escalade has long been a good choice for drivers who need to fit a lot of passengers. But any SUV can have room for passengers; it takes a luxury model to give those passengers a first-class experience. Quality materials, ample leg room, and comfortable seats come standard on every Escalade. But if you want to make sure you can offer your passengers the best of the best, you can go even further by opting for the Executive Second Row package.

As the name suggests, this package is perfect for staying productive while on the road. Each of the two passengers in the second row gets their own 12.6-inch screen to keep them connected and entertained. There’s also a rear command center in the middle that makes it easy for passengers to adjust their comfort settings without having to ask for assistance from you or your front-seat passenger. Dual wireless phone charging pads ensure that everyone’s devices will have power for the entirety of even a longer trip.

Don’t think that the package is all business and no pleasure. It also provides heated and ventilated seats for the second row, keeping your passengers comfortable no matter the weather. The seats have a massage function, too, which can make a big difference on a long road trip. There are also stowable tray tables, which can be used to work on a laptop hooked up to the available 5G Wi-Fi hotspot or eat a meal on the road while keeping the cabin nice and clean.

Stylish, Inside and Out

Can you really call an SUV a luxury vehicle if it doesn’t look the part, inside and out? The 2025 Escalade continues to project both strength and elegance, with a lush interior that’s as luxurious as ever. The exterior has an updated front end that’s more modern, inspired by the new design language of the Celestiq and LYRIQ. Three available grille designs make each Escalade unique. Some trims add an illuminated grille surround, and all models feature an illuminated front crest, making it easy to find your SUV in a crowded parking lot at night. New exterior paint colors include Aegean Stone, Deep Sea Metallic, and Latte Metallic, which are greenish gray, dark blue, and light bronze, respectively.

You can make the interior your own with two new available color palettes. Renaissance Red pairs quilted and perforated leather seats with a dark open-pore wood veneer featuring a high-contrast pore filler. For something with a more neutral tone, you can try Jet Black and Sheer Gray, which features seats appointed with contrasting leather and heathered gray fabric, as well as a high-gloss wood veneer that uses a special technique to provide a sense of depth with its tones and textures. Whichever color you choose, you can change up the look of the cabin at will with the ambient lighting system, which lets you pick from 126 different colors in two zones.

Refreshed and Ready for Action

The 2025 Escalade continues to provide all of the power and opulence that it used to define the luxury SUV segment back when it first debuted, but with a variety of modern touches that bring it forward into the future. Between its innovative displays, well-appointed interior, and stylish exterior, the new Escalade has more to offer than ever before.

But you don’t have to take our word for it; come see for yourself! All it takes is a short trip from Novi to LaFontaine Cadillac for you to be able to get behind the wheel of this titan of luxury for yourself. Once you take it out for a test drive and see how well it handles on the road and how good it feels to be enveloped by its cozy interior, we know you’ll never want to settle for less.
